Designed for superior strength and efficiency, this panel integrates high-performance materials to ensure long-lasting durability and reliability.

Glass Loading & EVA Sheet Placement

Tempered, high-transparency solar glass is automatically loaded, and covered with the first layer of EVA (encapsulant) film.

Cell Cutting, Tabbing & Stringing

Cells are laser-cut using NDC technology to reduce stress and avoid micro-cracks. The half-cells are then tabbed and stringed automatically for better performance.

Robotic layup

Robotic arms accurately place the cell strings onto the EVA/glass layer, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.

Second EVA & Backsheet Placement

A second EVA layer is placed over the cell array, followed by an automated backsheet application to seal the rear side of the module.

Lamination

The entire module sandwich is sealed in a vacuum laminator. Controlled heat and pressure bond the layers into a single durable structure.

Edge Trimming & Framing

Post-lamination, excess EVA and backsheet are trimmed. Aluminum frames are installed and sealed using automatic framing systems.

Junction Box Installation

The junction box, with integrated bypass diodes, is attached, soldered, and bonded. It is cured to ensure long-term protection against moisture and electrical leakage.

Sun Simulation & EL Testing

Each panel undergoes EL testing to detect hidden cracks, flash testing to measure electrical performance (Voc, Isc, Pmax), and Hi-Pot & grounding tests to ensure insulation and safety as per IEC standards.

Automated Sorting & Packaging

Modules are sorted by power bin and visually inspected. Robotic packaging systems stack and secure the modules for shipping, ensuring safe and damage-free delivery.
